Overview

GCK low voltage switchgear cubicle is suitable for system with AC 50Hz,rated working voltage up to 660V,current up,and applicable for power generation,transmission,distribution,charge-over and consumption equipment control.It conforms of relevant standards such as IEC60439-1,GB7251.1 and JB/T9661 and are widely used in power plant,metallugical factory,petroleum industry,chemical industry,textile industry and high-rise buildings.Designed with advanced manufacturing technique and a modularized and flexible strucrture.

Structure instruction

The assembled cubicle has its framework made of C profiles.The top is wideopen and the horizontal busbar is placed at the top with the cover open or not.A rear door is provided with the outgoing at the rear,facilitating mounting and the drawer can use either XJG3(trigger three-position operation mechanism)or BPT(rotary three-position operation mechanism).The primary plug-in more dependability.

Main performance and features

1. The cubicle is of assembled structure,grids mounting,great versatility of parts and components,good applicability and high standardization level;

2. The effective height of drawer cabinet is 1800mm with module height of 200mm,300mm,400mm,500mm,600mm;

3. Cable department of sotiated at the upper,apparatus compartment at the front and cable access compartment at the rear.Steel plates or insulating plates are added as partition between each compartment as to ensure safety;

4. The door of drawer compartment has mechanical interlock with the operating handle of circuit breaker or disconnect switch,therefore,it is opened only when the handle is in breaking position;

5. Drawer(including 1/2 unit drawer)of MCC switchgear cubicle adapts mechanical three-position interlock device(connect position,test position and disconnect position);

6. Reliable primary plug-in;

7. Material optional with galvanized cold rolled steel,galvanized steel or Aluminumzinc coated steel.
